Trump's spokesmen claims that Barack Obama went passed his line of duty. Using British based GCHQ to wire tap trump tower.

At the moment no one has proof that any of this is true. Obama did have authority to monitor anyone in the United States at his time of president elect.

According to documents released by the whistleblower, Edward Snowden, British officials allowed their US counterparts to store and analyse British citizens’ internet and email records. And Snowden also revealed that the NSA paid £100m to GCHQ in secret.

A GCHQ spokesperson said: “Recent allegations made by media commentator Judge Andrew Napolitano about GCHQ being asked to conduct 'wire tapping' against the then President Elect are nonsense. They are utterly ridiculous and should be ignored.”

What are your thoughts, is this just more fake news ? The news that has been previously produced before my election trump has suggested ?

Mr Obama is said to have greeted the flurry of tweets on March 4 with “a deep eye roll”. His spokesman has denied the former president ordered any surveillance.

However, Mr Trump has stood by the accusation.

GCHQ has denied all allegations.
