If you have made the decision to make an insurance claim for repairs or a third party (someone else) has we will be more than happy to deal with the claim and liaise with the insurance company on your behalf.

 

To be able to do this in an efficient and expedient manner, we will require some key pieces of information, namely;

The Name of your or the third parties insurance company

You or the/third parties name and address

A claim reference number (obtained from the insurer)

An audatex* network code which the insurer will provide to you

*Audatex is an estimating system used by the insurance industry in order for body shops to correspond with them.
